The human element is the source of ideas and the main tool in turning
challenges and obstacles into opportunities and competitive capabilities; by
investing its effectiveness, mental energies and knowledge that represents the
real wealth which the Organization owns, and its worth is more than any other
asset that it owns.
Human resources in organizations can be divided into two parts, the
first, formation of human resources, and the other, enabling human resources.

through a coherent series of phases affect each other, and these stages are:
Human resources planning - polarization - choice - Appointment -
performance evaluation - job evaluation - The motivation - the benefits and
services provide to human resources - the development and planning of career -
career management - the training.

organized ,and observed activity that will be designed to
develop and improve job performance.
· The training aims to many goals,
including:
1- To give the human resources knowledges, skills, and new and diverse behavioral trends.
2- Blocking gaps in current performance of human resources.
3- Development of strengths in performance.
4- Adapting human resources with the environment variables.
5- Increasing effeciency of organizational productivity and its
effectiveness.
